B.C. Employer Training Grant Program (ETG)

The Government of Canada's 'Workforce Development Agreement' (WDA) has not received the publicity or recognition it deserves in the aviation sector; nevertheless, the WDA has been established in three Provinces comprising of Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia.
In all three Provinces, especially in B.C., the training initiate is not only a truly great program: but one that many in the Aviation Industry (and other industry) need to know about and subsequently apply to their own training requirements.
The B.C. ETG supports skills training to address provincial labour market needs. The program is delivered by the Province of British Columbia and is funded by the Government of Canada through the Workforce Development Agreement (WDA).
Most QualaTech Training Courses (Ref. Safety Promotion - Education & Training Assurance @ https://www.qualatech.ca/servi...) are eligible for the ETG. All Operators - not just QualaTech Clients - are strongly advised to take advantage of this unique opportunity.
